UK Deliveries:

All our deliveries are dispatched on a signed for service due to insurance purposes.

*1 Class Signed For (1 – 3 Days) – Royal Mail aim to deliver your item(s) the next working day, however please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive.

*Special Delivery Guaranteed Before 1PM (Delivered the next working day before 1PM after our processing period)

All UK orders over £150 are upgraded to ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ for free. Your order will be delivered before 9pm the next working day after dispatch*

Please do allow up to 24 to 48 business hours for us to process an order before we hand it to the courier.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with all the tracking details shortly after the order has been handed to the courier.

International Deliveries:

All our deliveries are dispatched on a signed for service due to insurance purposes.

Most international deliveries are expected to take between 5 – 15 working days but we cannot guarantee this as some orders may take longer. You will receive full delivery details and your tracking code shortly after your order is dispatched. Please do allow up to 24 to 48 business hours for us to process an order before its dispatched.

All orders processed out of our working hours will be processed the following day.

Postage: We Post signed for only this is for international and local deliveries.

Returns and Refund Policy 

We are unable to offer any refunds for seeds that have been germinated or seized by customs.

All products from Outcast Autos have a full 30-day money back guarantee for unopened items. We hope that this is not necessary and you are happy with the product however if for any reason you are not then please follow the instructions below.

Your Cannabis Seeds need to be returned and received by us within 30 days of placing the order. 

Please send the seeds by recorded post and supply the tracking reference number to us.

Once we receive the cannabis seeds back in the office the refund will be paid back to your card within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

The refund will be refunded to the original bank card that you placed the order with and will be for the full amount you paid for the seeds. 

All you need to do is return the product with a letter stating your full name, address, order number, telephone number and email address with the tracking reference code and the reason why you would like a refund.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of Outcastautos.co.uk (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
